Dr. Sippi Khurana is a board certified Rheumatologist, Immunologist and Internist. She was the owner and practicing physician of a private practice called Allergy and Rheumatology Specialists of Houston. She has since transitioned and has fully dedicated her career to the nonprofit sector. She is married to Ajay Khurana, Co-President at Quantum Capital Group, and mother to Shaan and Seva. Wife and mother are the titles she cherishes the most.

Dr. Khurana is currently on a council with Houston Methodist Hospital System establishing a Center For Excellence in Immunology in the Texas Medical Center. She is a founding member and contributor to the Swadesh Khurana Endowed Fellowship benefitting Stroke Care at The Houston Methodist Willowbrook Hospital. She also a trustee of the Houston Methodist Willowbrook Hospital Board. Additionally, she is a trustee for the Academic Institution Board for the Houston Methodist Hospital System.

She sits on the Executive Board of Trustees for St. Francis Episcopal School. She serves on the Executive Board of Directors for the UNICEF Southwest Region, serves on the national UNICEF USA Philanthropy and Marketing Committee and is a member of the UNICEF International Council. She is on the executive board of Pratham USA, Recipe 4 Success, Houston Museum of Natural Science, American Cancer Society and The Houston Symphony serving as Governing Director and Chairman of the Education Committee.

She has been named a Houston Chronicle March of Dimes Best Dressed Honoree twice, Texas Hall of Fame, Woman of Distinction and Woman of Substance. She has received the John Connor Humanitarian Award from Operation Smile, the KNOWAutism Humanitarian Award, the El Centro de Corazón Community Leader, an Arthritis Foundation Medical Honoree, Community Honoree for CanCare and The Stewart Orton Golden Baton from the Houston Symphony.
